The Role
We are looking for driven and tenacious self-starters to join our high achieving telesales teams with the opportunity for you to develop a rewarding career in business to business telesales.
Reporting to the New Acquisition Team Leader you will be responsible for promoting and delivering the sale of Pitney Bowes diverse portfolio of equipment to a range of new customers.
You will need to achieve personal monthly, quarterly and annual targets, using a structured and professional approach to manage your prospects, identify and secure sales opportunities from your prospect portfolio, promote and champion the full range of company products and work with customers’ and support group colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
Duties
To make outbound telephone phone calls to prospective customers who will be B2B, targeting small to medium businesses using the contact details supplied on the Prospect database To present information to prospective customers on the company’s products available To ensure personal daily record is up to date and correct at all times to enable full telesales reporting To ensure prospect database is updated with all relevant information on a daily basis to allow the customer base to be managed and maximised at all times To respond and resolve any customer service issues in a timely and professional manner including feedback to the relevant business areas To keep to a specified minimum level of calls To manage cancellation levels to within an acceptable level (25%) To achieve correct product mix with sales You will be joining a large team environment and a great working atmosphere.
