Telesales Executive:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Manchester City Centre for an experienced and capable Telesales Executive. The role will incorporate a large element of customer interaction, providing a varied and interesting working day. The role has become available due to company expansion and development of the existing team.

The Company;

The organisation is a well established and successful provider of security solutions for the IT vertical. It provides a customised solution including services, consultancy and assurance. The company has a very strong presence with the head office being based in the UK which provides a reliable and expanding stream of potential clients.

The Person;

The right candidate will:

  • Have at least 2yrs of experience in a corporate, B2B sales environment.
  • Have demonstrable experience of selling a complex product in a consultative manner.
  • Have an understanding of the buying process
  • Know how to overcome standard objection
  • Able and willing to work autonomously
  • Have aspirations and personal qualities to develop themselves personally
  • Have a desire to progress within the business
  • Is used to working in a target driven environment

The Role;

Your duties will include;

  • Conduct all calls, inbound and outbound, efficiently and professionally ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • To provide a consultative sales service whilst developing new business opportunities, in line with department and individual targets and service levels
  • Conduct fact finds with clients by means of inbound and outbound calling assessing and advising on potential requirements
  • Create proposals suitable to the clients requirements, ensuring the completion of the required paperwork in line with department procedures to confirm the order
  • Maintain contact with potential clients to build future pipeline business
  • Account Management of existing clients, assessing further requirements and service of sales
  • Update CRM with notes and documentation on all calls and sales
  • Achievement of KPI’s
  • Ensure that knowledge of products, services and procedures is up to date
